Is the Program Safe?
Absolutely. The Healthy and Active weight loss program has been put to use by over 800 medical doctors across Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom.
The Healthy and Active program is pay-as-you-go and can be customized to fit your needs. Components can be added or omitted depending on your individual goals. The complete program consists of the following:
Initial Naturopathic Appointment (One Hour)
Three Follow-Up Appointments (One Hour Each)
Metabolic Deficiency Testing
Hormone Laboratory Testing
Nutritional Guidelines and Diet Based on Your Individual Biochemistry
Food Allergy and Sensitivity Laboratory Testing
Acupuncture Sessions (Six to Eight)

Step 1: Detoxify
To detoxify your body, we will complete a comprehensive assessment to determine your true health status, including muscle mass, body fat, level of hydration, basal metabolic rate, toxicity and waist-to-hip ratio. We will use the most accurate lab tests to learn your individual nutrition, hormone and anti-inflammation levels. After two weeks, you should feel and look better as you follow our nutrition guidelines, detoxify and reduce your inflammation.
Step 2: Balance
You will receive a customized nutrition plan and learn how to choose foods that work best for your body’s unique biochemistry, based on test results indicating your metabolism, hormones and food allergies.
